URGENTLY REQUIRED
Management Trainee (MT)
Projetion: Need extraordinary people to be developed as unit/area head in the future. You will be oblige to:
• Fulfill all training requirements (business process, HE units, technical, etc)
• Job-assigned in required position and hands-on any technical problem in heavy equipment units ( such as forklift, reach staker, crane ) and to ensure that the units are available and ready to operate
• Administer progress reports and prepare routine presentation that will be evaluated by assesors.
• Have a Mangerial skill and strong leadership

Qualifications:
• Male, GPA min. 2,75
• Bachelor degree (S1/D4) in Mechanical/ Automotive/ Mechatronic Engineering
• 1 year experience in mechanical is advantage and fresh graduates are welcomed

Mechanic (ME)
• Male
• D3 Mechanical/Automotive/Mechatronic Engineering

Electrician (EL)
• Male
• D3 Electric Engineering

Welder (WE)
• Male
• SMK
• Having welding Certificate

General Requirement
• Willing to be assigned I our branches
• Age max 27 (MT) and max 23 ( Mechanic, Electrian and Welder)
• Have a good medical record
• IPK min. 2.75 (Scale 4) or 7 (Scale 10)
